Commencement Visitor Information

• There is no maximum number of guests that can attend. No tickets or registration are needed.
  
  
• Planning Hint: Ceremony lasts approximately 2 hours. Out of respect for our fellow Graduates, we ask that everyone remain throughout the entire ceremony until it is fully completed. 
  
  
• For the 2024 Graduation Ceremony, we offer free simultaneous interpretation in Spanish. The device is located at all entrances of the stadium.

• Because the ceremony will be on the football field, graduates must wear flats or wedge-type shoes.  Purses and personal belongings should be left with family members or guests.
  
  
• On-campus parking is available on both East and West Cliff Campus on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Disabled person parking spaces are located throughout the parking lots.  For wheelchair access, park at the top of the stadium in Lot 1B and let security know when you enter that you will need assistance and/or wheelchair seating.

• No alcohol or illegal drugs allowed
  
  
• No noisemakers, air horns, or confetti cannons allowed at ceremony
  
  
• Only service animals allowed at ceremony
