Surplus and Furniture Moves

OVERVIEW

SURPLUS - Supplies, material and equipment that are no longer useful for District purposes are considered surplus property.  Surplus property may be repurposed, disposed of, donated or sold in accordance with applicable law.  Surplus property that is identified for sale must be sold in a public notice, posted in three public places for not less than two weeks and must be awarded to the highest responsible bidder.  Surplus property that is sold must be reported to the Board of Trustees and proceeds are deposited to the general fund.

FURNITURE MOVES - Simple furniture moves are accomplished by Warehouse personnel.  If a furniture move requires storage or special equipment, a vendor will be contracted to accomplish the task.  Contact ......
